**Responsibilities**
- Individuals working as an Sales operations management assistant needs to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the sales goals and objectives which are already set.
- You are also burdened with managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
- Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- They also monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- One of the most important tasks is to provide them with a work environment which is favorable for high work productivity.
- Apart from this, you also monitor the every performance metrics and you should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis.
- Schedule all construction workers work schedule, lodging place and follow up with their well-being.
- Assist the project and sales manager to prepare necessary documents and invoice for new projects.
- Arrange worker insurance, arrivals and fingerprint processing.
- Work with site supervisors closely and ensure operation at each job site smoothly.
- Complains and dispute resolve related work.
- Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues at job site.
- Other job assigned.

**Requirements**:
1) Willing to work at office or job site office environment.

2) Prefer someone with good communicationskill and leadership.;
3) At least 2 years related experience ;
4) Must be willing to work over-time and stay back late for works;
5) someone willing to take hardship job;
6) Willing to work on weekends or public holidays for essential job.
