**Position Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:Meet with potential and existing customers to understand their renovation needs and present our services.
- **Project Acquisition**:Develop and maintain relationships with Quantity Surveyors, main contractors, and agents to identify and secure new commercial renovation projects.
- **Market Expansion**:Actively seek and create opportunities to expand our market presence and client base.
- Presentation and Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits of our renovation services and address any client queries or concerns.
- **Proposal and Negotiation**:Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- **Follow-Up**:Maintain regular follow-up with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular reports on sales activities, project progress, and market insights to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Prior experience in commercial renovation is essential.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills is Required. Proficiency in Chinese, English, Malay is required.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- **Sales Acumen**:Proven track record in sales or project acquisition within the renovation or construction industry.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Competent in using a personal laptop for work-related tasks.
- **Mobility**:Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle for commuting to meet clients, and stakeholders and to the office
