Executive, Deputy Chief Executive Office

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Dy CE Office, the incumbent will provide professional-level operational and administrative support to Dy CE Office. He/she will support the Senior Manager to follow-up on cluster projects from inception to completion as assigned by Dy CE Office; to perform secretariat role at meetings; to track operational matters across Group Operations Shared Services; and to support DY CE engagement sessions and events.

Job Responsibilities

You will be supporting the Senior Manager, DY CE Office to:

- Provide operational and administrative support to Dy CE Office. This includes organizing of information to facilitate sound decision making, ensuring that action plans are followed through diligently, as well as to follow up on the progress and monitoring of cluster projects to ensure that milestones are achieved according to timeline.
- Perform secretariat role. This includes ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted for records and follow-up.
- Maintain the monthly tracker for Group Operations Shared Services and be the key liaison to communicate follow-up and submission deadline.
- Plan the content and provide logistics support for the Dy CE Engagement Sessions, Townhalls and Retreats. Work on the communications plan for Group Ops, which includes working closely with all stakeholders on the content management of quarterly DY CE Memo.
- Produce high standards of quality and completed within the stipulated timeline
- Handle other tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Good degree in in Healthcare Management, Business Management or equivalent
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- A team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Possess initiatives to achieve desired outcomes, highly resourceful and meticulous with strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, and confidently with the Senior Executives
- Self-starter and forward-thinking individual with a “can do” attitude
- Well-versed in MS Office and able to work under pressure
- Adaptable and able to respond to changing and ambiguous situations
