Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Advisor will be undergoing a structured program which includes completing all assigned tasks, performing duties in different sections of Operations, gaining knowledge of the Company’s business operations, learning how to handle customer complaints/disputes, providing support and suggestions for improvements, updating records and preparing documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans, delivering results in alignment with the business objectives and targets of the Company
- Lead the development and implementation of the Company’s strategies to maximize growth and profitability
- Ensure integration between marketing, sales and revenue optimization plans with internal strategies
- Review operating results with General Manager and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Optimize and strengthen the operating performance of current businesses
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with daily operations
- Participate in meetings and other learning opportunities
- Observing and learning from experienced team members
- Gaining knowledge and learn about Company’s business, policies, SOPs and processes
- Familiarising with outlet operations
- Fulfilling any KPIs and goals set out at the start of the program
- Creating presentations and preparing documents and reports as required
- Other duties/projects as assigned by General Manager
- Sound judgment and initiative in determining approach or actions to take in non-routine situations
- Ability to think creatively with a keen awareness of trends and opportunities
- Successful ability to self-motivate, self-direct, problem solve and achieve desired results
- Pro-active, a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work well with and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates positive thinking and an open mind to adapt to new environment/culture/challenges
