We are looking for a F&B COE Training Manager, to join our team
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement F&B training strategies aligned with brand standards and operational goals.
Conduct training needs analysis across outlets and design tailored programs to address skill gaps and service enhancements.
Facilitate core F&B learning modules including service excellence, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest engagement.
Support onboarding and continuous development of F&B colleagues, including rank-and-file and supervisory levels.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and guest satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with outlet managers and HR Business Partners to support succession planning and career development.
Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with Shangri-La’s Centre of Excellence framework.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Lead initiatives that promote a culture of learning, innovation, and cross-outlet collaboration
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations and/or training, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and practical training programs.
Deep understanding of F&B service standards, guest expectations, and operational workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design is an advantage.
