About the role

What you need to know:
As a member of the Business Operations team, you will be a champion of efficiency by partnering with the business units on streamlining processes, reduce service issues, mitigate risks and lower costs with process improvements and technological enablement.
- You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver initiatives and projects ranging from strategic to regulatory and from streamlining business processes to technology implementations.
- You will create and maintain process maps and related documentation for all process improvement opportunities.
- You will assist with implementation of recommended changes with detailed plans and achieve results to defined timelines and deliverables.
- You will work with Compliance, Legal and Governance teams to implement regulatory requirements impacting operations.
- You will support the Operations and Business teams in other related responsibilities as required.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with working experience in operations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to change, foster teamwork and drive for results
- Analytical, organized and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence
- Proactive and ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables within time constraints
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
