- Liaison with supplier & contractor to prepare costing for tender exercise
- To source for quotations of equipment & materials needed for projects
- Capturing of variation orders for projects
- Negotiation of variation with both client / main contractor and service providers
- Preparation of quotations / tenders
- Experience & knowledge of M&E services and systems
- Read & interpret project specifications, drawings & Contract scope of works
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude and a team player
