**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage enterprise-grade security tools including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Privileged Access Management (PAM), DLP, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, incident response, and forensic investigations in line with security best practices.
- Support Identity & Access Management operations including onboarding/offboarding, policy compliance, and health checks using tools like CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors for service escalations, project coordination, and security enhancements.
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activity using tools such as Splunk, SentinelOne, Symantec, and Forescout.
- Lead and support IT security-related projects, patch verification (BVT), system hardening, and secure infrastructure deployments.
- Document and maintain SOPs, compliance checklists, audit logs, and SLA performance reports.
- Contribute to security awareness initiatives and conduct training for new hires or internal teams as required.

**Requirements**:

- Security Platforms: SentinelOne EDR, Symantec SEP, CyberArk, Forcepoint DLP, Akamai WAF, TrendMicro Tipping Point, BlueCoat, Silverlake masterSAM
- SIEM & Monitoring: Splunk, WebOrion
- Access Management: Azure AD, SailPoint, Active Directory, O365, Google Workspace, Zscaler
- Protocols & Frameworks: ITIL, ISO 27001, Cybersecurity Risk Management,Incident Response
- PAM reporting tools, endpoint protection, secure web gateways, server/network infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
- Currently pursuing or completed Master’s in Cybersecurity
- 3 years of hands-on experience in IT security or infrastructure roles
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in regulated industries like banking or finance.
