THE ROLE

This individual is responsible for managing the entire engineering and plant utility of Opto-Pharm and leading a group of engineers and technicians to drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and coordinate maintenance schedule, supervise upgrading projects and report machine performance
- The incumbent is responsible for direct project management as well as helming a team of engineers and technicians for machine breakdown countermeasures and plant facility repair
- Work in close liaison with vendor and contractors
- Confer with management or subordinates to resolve complaints or grievances
- Reports to the Engineering Director, providing monthly maintenance schedule and drive continuous improvement

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in engineering and production line
- Strong leadership command and good interpersonal skill
- Strong knowledge in planning and scheduling
- Strong ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to immediate problems in shop floor
