**Responsibilities**:
1. Execute trades in stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies, ensuring maximum return on investments.
2. Prepare a daily watchlist of unusual trading flows across multiple markets, identifying opportunities and risks.
3. Conduct thorough financial and economic analyses of market trends and movements.
4. Accurately track profit and loss (P&L) on a daily basis, carefully noting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
5. Create comprehensive reports of trading results on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
6. Stay updated with global financial news and developments that may affect markets.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of financial laws and regulations to ensure all trading activities are compliant.
8. Communicate effectively with the investment team and other relevant stakeholders about market conditions, trading positions, and strategies.
9. Continually refine and implement trading strategies based on market conditions and risk tolerance.
10. Manage the trading portfolio in a way that aligns with the company's strategic goals and risk appetite.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; self taught works fine as well.
2. Proven experience as a Trader with track record, with exposure to equities, options, and cryptocurrencies.
3. In-depth understanding of global financial markets and trading protocols.
4. Experience with trading platforms and analytical tools.
5. Proficient in P&L tracking and analysis.
6. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
7. Strong decision-making abilities under pressure.
8. High level of professional integrity and commitment to comply with financial laws and regulations.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation:
This role offers a mínimal base salary, with the majority of compensation derived from commission on profitable trades. Trading funds will be provided by the company. Specific compensation structure to be discussed during the interview process.
