HICC Pet is a leading innovator in pet wellness and grooming products, focusing on health Innovations to help pets have cleaner and comfier lives. Based in Bellevue, Washington, with the APAC Brand Experience Center in Singapore, HICC Pet is rapidly growing and expanding its reach globally.

**This Marketing role is based in Singapore at the HICC PET Showroom**with working hours from 10:30am to 7:30 pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Social Media Management 40%: ž**

Create compelling marketing content, including content, short videos, photography, and visual graphics such as flyers and banners. ž

In charge of social media accounts (Ins, FB, TK, RedNote), by creating content, executing campaigns, running ads, and collaborating with influencers. ž

Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns that integrate online and offline channels.

**Pet Event and Community Management 40%: ž**

Manage the marketing and showroom related budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet and exceed agreed KPI and to brand awareness, product trials, and showroom Sales. ž

Build and grow a dynamic pets owner community, brand advocates, and influencers to grow the ecommerce and showroom sales. ž

Lead digital PR initiatives to promote our brand, products, and showroom; oversee the co-branding actions to build HICC PET industry reputation. ž

Organize monthly showroom events, pet exhibitions, pet festivals, partners events, and pop-up sales events.

**Product and Service Sales 20%: ž**

Sell our products, grooming service, and party venue rental services to clients. ž

Manage showroom day-to-day operations such as product display, receiving and arranging stock, inventory control, cashier duties, and end-of-day settlement.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a passion for pets and be interested in developing a career in the pet industry.
- At least five years of experience in retail, marketing, sales, and event management.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Strategic and hands-on: Proven track record in sales and marketing strategies and planning.
- Proactive and Reactive: Can take initiative to get things done efficiently and effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership: Can work in a fast-paced startup environment; able to think outside the box.
