We work exclusively with interior design firms, providing them with a steady stream of pre-qualified, ready-to-buy clients. Our unique approach combines digital marketing expertise with sophisticated appointment setting systems to ensure our clients' calendars stay consistently full with quality appointments.

**Role Overview**:
As an Concierge Executive, you'll be the crucial link between qualified leads and our interior design clients. You'll be handling enquiries generated through our paid advertising campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with inbound enquiries via WhatsApp and calls
- Convert enquiries into qualified appointments
- Manage appointment scheduling and distribution
- Update CRM and tracking systems
- Ensure high show-up rates through follow-up sequences
- Monitor appointment outcomes with designers
- Track and report key metrics
- Maintain high response rates and engagement metrics

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 10am to 7pm
- Saturday: 10am to 2pm

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong people skills and professional communication
- Track record of exceeding targets in previous roles
- Experience in customer service or telemarketing (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for WhatsApp
- Strong time management skills for handling multiple leads
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Technical Requirements**:

- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Quiet, professional work environment
- Personal laptop/computer
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Comfortable with CRM systems

**Compensation Structure**:
