Vintage Sports is a well-established company started in 2004, known for the distribution of branded sports apparel, footwear and other accessories in Singapore and Malaysia. Managing a wide range of international brands, we are currently offering services in more than 5 countries through more than 40 physical stores. Vintage Sports also offers a range of sports attire and top-selling footwear on more than 6 online channels.

Vintage Sports is looking for driven and perceptive individuals to join our Singapore team. These individuals should have genuine passion in engaging, sharing information and providing our customers with an enjoyable shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide consistent top-notch customer service by extending a simple welcome greeting and engaging in conversation to assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience.
- Building rapport and customer loyalty, proactively follow-up on customers’ queries and requests.
- Respond positively to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
- Ensure and maintain visual merchandising standard are adhered to company's standard at all time.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the boutique, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
- Operate POS efficiently with consistent high standard of accuracy.
- Assisting with daily sales, operations, stock replenishment and inventory stock take.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates that have an interest in the latest fashion trends are welcome to join.
- Individuals with passionate and cheerful disposition will be an added advantage.
- Flexible working schedule, able to work on weekends and Public Holidays. (Rotating shifts)
- Dependable and a team player who can work both independently and in a team.
