We are looking for two Senior Compliance Analysts to join our team.

Core Responsibilities include:

- Conduct transaction monitoring involving digital assets;
- Monitoring, investigating and documenting unusual activity or AML flags;
- Requesting supporting documents from users;
- Provide input on ongoing risk assessments for AML digital assets

Required Skills and Experience:

- At least 2 years of KYC and transaction monitoring experience with an international digital asset exchange in a risk, compliance, legal or regulatory function;
- Proficiency with Blockchain transaction monitoring tools such as Chainanalysis;
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence;
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
- Proven experience and knowledge on digital assets regulatory and legal requirements;
- Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex topics to non-expert audiences and ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders across the organisation
