**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the processing and dispensing of prescriptions. You will be required to perform drug supply and distribution and may be required to assist with drug compounding. You will support staff management and development, as well as, participate in quality assurance and improvement projects and activities. You will be responsible for submitting admin reports for the needs of the department.
- Pack and label medication for the supply to the inpatient ward and patients
- Monitor inventory level for pharmacy stores and perform procurement
- Ensure proper storage and handling of drug stocks
- Tracking the expiry date of stocks and ensure timely disposal
- Perform cycle counts and stock take
- Assist Pharmacist in product recalls
- Assist in inventory management of non-pharmaceutical products e.g. milk feeds
- Distribute drugs to relevant departments
- Maintain proper functioning of pharmacy equipment and automation system processes
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement projects and activities
- Suggest and implement improvements to workflows and processes
- Comply with medication safety procedures
- Provide basic clinical support to the multidisciplinary team during discussions

**Experience**
- Preferably with one year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.

**Qualification**
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course or its equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
