**What the role is**
- The incumbent will provide a comprehensive range of in-house legal services to meet NAC’s organisational goals and operational needs and support the Council, Management and NAC departments in carrying out NAC’s functions. This will include providing timely legal advice to our departments on the interpretation of legislation on a broad range of legal matters, and drafting/reviewing contracts; service and confidentiality agreements; sponsorship and partnership agreements; memorandums of understanding (MOUs); grants, scholarship and bursary deeds; and other legal documents.

**What you will be working on**
- Legal Associate with 1-3 years’ post qualification experience with strong drafting and legal research skills to support the Legal Unit. Administrative duties and any other ad hoc tasks may be assigned.

**What we are looking for**
- A recognised degree in Law - Admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore - 1-3 year of post-qualification experience in legal work - Experience handling corporate law, intellectual property and/or land law preferred - Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
