- Missions:

- Definition of the operational process (reporting and payments acquisition monitoring).
- Understand the functional value of the features and prioritize backlog
- Working on functional studies including business requirements, test cases, user stories, deliverables validation, tests validation with a good quality of expectation.
- Understand the impact of any change in the tools and take actions to communicate and properly manage these impacts
- The PO represents the back office operators and participates in the coordination of contributors on several domains such as acquisition channels, payment formats, payments processing, clients reports monitoring
- Be responsible for the content and planning of the deliverables in his/her perimeter: accept or refuse IT deliveries with justification
- Ensure the coherence and rhythm of delivery of his/her scope with the stakes of the relevant operational stakeholders
- Create User and Management presentations in the area of his/her expertise
- Report to the operations referent of Asia Cash Management Transformation Program

Main Responsibilities:

- Gather and document Business Requirements; Contribute on detailed functional specifications study
- Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to deepen understanding of the CMT program requirement in relation with the Operational Monitoring features
- Achieve the functional test phase: test cases build, execution, test issues follow up, delivery results and sign off
- Document all tasks and decisions that have been agreed upon in meetings.
- Communicate the work progress, raise the risks and any issues to the PO
- Ensure that IT deliveries fits to the target processes
- Communicate and liaise with other product owners, business analysts, IT teams and other stakeholders to carry out the resolution of issues and pending topics
- Create the change management supports (training supports, user guide)-

- Formation / Spécialisation
- Process design
- Cash mgmt processing
- Payment formats and features
- Project management (especially agile)
- 2-8 years of overall relevant experience Few years in Payment processing back office (channel / acquisition and subscription management) Few years in Project Management as Lead or Key Contributor
- Niveau d'expérience minimum
3 - 5 ans
- Soft skills
- Strong knowledge of standard operational processes within payments value chainInternational experience; working across borders in a truly multi-cultural environment
