**About the Team**:

- The Business Product Management team - Seller Service team serves Shopee’s active sellers across the different markets that Shopee has a presence in. Sellers are a critical part of Shopee’s ecosystem to deliver our vision in making online shopping accessible, easy and enjoyable. This dynamic team plays a critical role in overseeing common features that are used by all sellers. These features include account registration, seller education hub, preferred sellers’ programme, penalty points system, seller Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and setting up of stores in Shopee.- Identify business opportunities and users’ requirements through analysis of market trends, data, seller feedback and competitor platforms.
- Engage local business stakeholders and functional leaders in the regional office to identify and solve obstacles that are preventing our key seller segments from growing faster.
- Analyse, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of the feature requests to deliver localised Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Prioritise and resolve any issues that are escalated in a timely manner and promptly communicate the progress for critical live issues.
- Manage product specifications creation process and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders.
- Manage complex, cross-functional products and lead the delivery process of these products (BRD, UAT, Live Release).
- Execute day-to-day product operations to ensure business continuity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in e-Commerce or product management will be advantageous.
- Logical and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable to engage stakeholders from different levels.
- Experience in one of our local markets will be highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in another language (optional) to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders across the region.
