**Responsibilities**:

- To adhere to prevailing Company SOPs including service KPIs.
- To carry out indoor and outdoor service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
- To investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
- To issue customer outdoor and indoor service reports.
- To disassemble cancelled units for stock return.
- To provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.
- To perform routine maintenance and repair work on inverters and gear motors.To report discrepancies if any.

**Requirements**:

- ITE (Mechanical Engineering) with 1 year of relevant work experience.Basic proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

**Work Conditions**:

- **Must be comfortable working outdoors**in order to repair and service inverters and gear motors.
- Must be willing to be on **standby for after office hours**for service activiation, with OT payment.
- Must be willing to commute to clients' site for servicing. Transport reimbursement is provided for commute between the office and client sites.
- **Work-at-height**is required at some clients' sites.
- Must be open to **occasional overseas work**on adhoc activation basis.
