**Main Purpose of the Job**:
Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for working with specialised equipment? We’re hiring a Mechanical Technician on behalf of our client — a reputable leader in high-tech solutions for the maritime and land-based sectors across the region.

Established for more than 30 years, our client is a trusted provider of advanced equipment and solutions for the marine, land survey, diving, inspection, and subsea sectors in the ASEAN and Australasia regions.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Mechanical Technician, you’ll be at the heart of operations—handling equipment repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting. You’ll support mobilisations and demos, maintain workshop tools, and collaborate with technical and customer service teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Perform equipment servicing, repairs, troubleshooting, and evaluations
- Prepare repair quotations based on findings
- Assist with equipment mobilization and on-site product demonstrations
- Maintain and report on job status to the Head of Department
- Ensure workshop tools and equipment are in good condition
- Work closely with technical and customer support teamsBe proactive and take initiative in your work

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience
- A proactive, solution-oriented team player
- Good communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and reliably
