**Responsibilities & Expectations**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Management**_
- Manage and oversee multiple social media platforms within our portfolio, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan, schedule, and post content to captivate audiences and amplify brand visibility.
- **Content Creation**_
- Plan, ideate, and create engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage the entire content creation process, from planning and shoots to editing and posting, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
- **Community Building**_
- Foster a vibrant and supportive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to messages, and participating in conversations.
- **Campaign Execution**_
- Plan and implement impactful social media campaigns to promote our brand, projects, and events.
- **Analytics & Optimization**_
- Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine strategies to maximize results.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- 2-4 years in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in content creation, writing, and communication, with a knack for storytelling and design.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for experimenting with new ideas.
- **Bonus**: Experience with social media advertising, graphic design, video editing tools, or analytics platforms.
