**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitors guest list and dress code
- Crowd control
- Check identification spotting fake ID’s
- Creates a safe environment for team and guest
- Watch the crowd for altercations
- Spot and diffuse disputes
- Safety checks for weapons, drugs, or other illegal contraband
- Promptly attends on the scene for any incidents
- Incident and accident reporting
- Conducts patrol on-premises looks out for any defects and ensures all items of value belonging to the Company or guest are safeguarded.
- Engages with guests to answer their queries.
- Ensures that VIP’s are closely guarded due to sensitive issues
- Liaises with Government bodies e.g. Police, Ambulance in the case of Emergency and criminal activities committed/happened within Company premises.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in a similar capacity.
- Must have GCE O’ Levels and SIRD card.
- Good communication skills to internal and external.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Must have exceptional grooming habits.
- Physical fitness - required to be physically up to the task of forcibly removing individuals from the premises or breaking up altercations
