We are currently seeking a Project Program Associate Director to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).

**Who You Are**:
We are looking for someone mature and experience in managing and supporting Daily IT infrastructure Operations and IT Vendor Management in a Manufacturing (24/7) & Office (8/5) environment.

**Position Summary**:
Lumileds is seeking a highly qualified IT Manager to be IT interface and bring value to local business. Be accountable for IT Infrastructure service delivery from end user devices to backend IT Infrastructure and Vendor Management.

In this role, you are based in Singapore and you will ensure local IT demands and IT Services uptime are met, drive the productive use of IT tools, ensure sound operational costs and enable business to effectively manage their IT costs. Cost control and supported by the efficient and effective use of IT solution will be a key. The scope cover IT Infrastructure, local Applications, and Communications tools for Lumileds Manufacturing sites and small sales offices in the region.

You may occasionally need to provide ad-hoc after normal working support for 24 x 7 Manufacturing sites and small amount of regional travelling may be required.

**Job Duties**
- One face of IT to the assigned business entity and its stakeholders, including escalation management. Be part of Site Management Team
- Consult business on available IT services & solutions for benefit / impact / challenges involved
- Local IT Demand management ensuring business utilization, awareness and knowledge of formal CCB process
- Provide recommend on IT solution to meet business needs and drive implementation solution
- Drive the local IT landscape/lifecycle for business efficiency with business and IT along business and strategic IT objectives
- Leads and manages the local site people, suppliers and activities related to the delivery and support of process and IT Operations for Lumileds IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Manage, coordinate and participate Local, Regional IT Infrastructure and Operation projects
- Responsible for all site services inclusive of LAN, WAN, Service Desk, Local/Remote Data Center, Messaging, Operational cost transparency, Service performance against SLA's
- Coordinating Infrastructure and Operations activities and responsiveness across all aspects of Infrastructure and Operations.
- Customer Care and supporting staff functions of Strategy and Planning, Visibility, Communications, Compliance, Finance.
- Understands and contributes to the development of the Sites demand for Services and portfolio of Business Applications changes and demand for new business systems capabilities.
- Forecasting, monitoring and reporting of demand and fulfillment for catalog and non-catalog capabilities and services.
- Financial planning, monitoring, and reporting of Site Infrastructure & Operations financial performance
- Sets priorities for Continual Service Improvement against both internal and external references and communicates to delivery units including partners.
- Performs Monthly review of Operations Site performance with Site Business management and IT Management
- Manages local staff according to Lumileds HR policies
- Ensure IT Service meets Audit compliance

**Job Description & Qualifications**
- At least 8 years working experience in IT out of which at least 4 years of demonstrated experience in managing IT Infra projects or improvement programs, influencing business leadership.
- 4 years working experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and Operations
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change management frameworks such as ITIL (certification is a plus).
- Service desk support management
- Experience in Network management, Data Center operations
- Experienced and skilled in working with virtual teams cross-function and cross the globe in a large international company
- Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabled by IT
- Business operational experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
- Energy and self-propelling with high level of inter-personal skills
- Strong analytical and soft skills
- Ability to deal with complex organizations and situations and the ability to deliver under pressure;
- Team player and experienced team builder combined with strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English (Spoken and Written) and Local site language

**Education (Minimum Level)**
- Bachelor's

**Field of Study**
- Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline with business and/or Information Technology focus; highly desirable to have M.B.A. degree or equivalent (Masters)
