This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional with a keen interest in Customer engagement and driving business impact in one of the largest and most innovative organizations in the world. The License and Contract Compliance Team (“LCC”) plays a pivotal role in protecting Microsoft’s Intellectual Property and ensuring that Microsoft maintains its fiduciary responsibility to corporate shareholders through management of licensing and contract compliance.
“Microsoft Runs on Trust” and to this end LCC works with Microsoft’s global partners and customers to help ensure compliance in both the traditional on-premises world and in the cloud. Delivering valuable enterprise insights that will impact how Microsoft evolves its approach to licensing and customer/partner engagement from a contractual standpoint in the future, is a key element of our mission.
We are a diverse team located in 10 Countries, with 15 nationalities, operate in over 50 Countries globally and engage with Partners and Customers at the most senior levels as well as with many business units throughout the Microsoft. **Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Professional Communication** and Engagement**:Garner support of and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders through program education, delivering valuable data insights for planning and driving program engagement to meet target expectations. This would include working with Microsoft Legal Digital Crimes Unit (CELA DCU), Business Desk, Product Teams, and Professional Services Firms when necessary to achieve clarity throughout.
- ** Process Improvement Enablement**: Contribute to automation, process improvement efforts and new programs by adopting a “growth mindset” for participating and collaborating with globally diverse teams on strategic projects.

Reporting to the Global LCC Lead, this role will be responsible for working with our Volume Licensing customers in Asia.
Travel Requirement: 0- 25%. Pre-Covid 19 travel requirements varied. Travel is mostly within region but with some international, with some flexibility in scheduling.
