**Job Descriptions:
As a senior web developer/ designer, you will work closely with various teams, helping to iteratively build new sites and products and help to grow existing ones. You’ll be translating functional requirement into live clickable working sites that look and work great on both desktop and mobile.
- You will continue to refine your work for iterative user-testing, which you may also be invited to pair with experience developer, observe user's behaviors, find out those improvements and modifications;
- You will be expected to use your HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery skills to create a nice and clean UI pattern framework that Application Developers can re-use in the future;
- You will advocate quality assurance of elegant front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and also to ensure consistency of the user interface across multiple platforms;
- You will able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring project completion on schedule and of high quality, focus on developing and maintaining of Enterprise solutions, such as Payroll and HR-related systems.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/related fields or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience using VB, ASP/ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, MVC frameworks, T-SQL as well as MS SQL.
- A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with source code management tools such as TFS, SVN, &etc.
- Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work under pressure and long hours to meet project schedule.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- ASP.Net, Blazor, Bootstrap or other server side programming skills.
