Job Title: Senior Web Developer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced web developer to join our team. As a senior web developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and high-performance web applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless user experience by working closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet business requirements and user needs.

You will also be responsible for developing reusable and modular UI components following industry best practices in modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS.

In addition, you will implement state management using Redux or Context API and optimize state flows within complex applications.

You will be required to build reusable code and libraries for future use, accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code, and integrate with backend systems and RESTful APIs.

Furthermore, you will write clean, maintainable code and ensure quality by conducting code reviews, unit testing, and adhering to coding standards.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience primarily leveraging ReactJS, strong engineering and technical background with demonstrable enterprise development experience using ReactJS and RESTful APIs.

They should also have experience using Redux, Web Workers, and PWAs, as well as continuous integration and build (CI/CD) process & tools.

The candidate should be able to quickly understand functional requirements and technical concepts, and have proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar domain is required.
