
Sales Consultant

This role reports directly to General Manager and MD, provide day to day leadership presence for a team of frontline sales manager and personnel.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible to lead the outlets to achieve Sales KPIs
- Partner with management team to develop and implement sales strategies and any other operations planning
- Collate and evaluate daily / weekly / sales progression against KPI, identify and implement the solutions for improvement toward existing KPIs
- Achieve monthly sales target set
- Perform personal sales consultation to keep sales skills abreast
- Guide and motivate sales team
- Handling personnel disciplinary matters
- Ensure outlet’s operation is aligned with SOPs and Government regulations
- Manage sales team and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
- Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
- Improve sales performance for existing staff performance via providing continuous training and coaching plan
- Lead the outlet staff in continuous learning and personal growth
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with other departments/outlets
**Requirements**:
- Min. Diploma holder or equivalent
- Ability to maintain consistency in meeting sales KPIs
- Ability to set challenging goals, priorities task and overcome obstacles
- Open mindset in accepting responsibilities and changes
- Ability to lead, inspire/develop interest/ enthusiasm others
- A self-motivator with keen interest in providing leadership to guide others for success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Data and information analysis skills
- 5 years’ relevant working experience with proven Sales Achievement in similar industries (Health / Wellness / Beauty / Spa)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales driven and sales result oriented
- Able to deliver results under pressure and in a dynamic working environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
