As a Traffic Clerk, you will support Freight Management Team in managing the daily planning and execution of shipments:
JD:
- Execute and manage all transportation-related processes for export / import shipments:
- Prepare Freight billing through CRM WebUI
- On-time monthly shipment reports update and ensure high level of accuracy
- Close coordination with forwarders, internal and external customers in ensuring smooth
execution of shipments
- Daily check and manage Engine orders through Engine report and close coordination with EPA team, Operations and forwarder on EPA documentation and collection
- Work closely with cross functional teams on process alignments whenever required
- Manage shipping documents archiving
- Sortation/duplication of invoices and ensure they are in good order
Required Qualifications / Background:
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 years of working experience in supply chain / freight forwarding / shipping or transportation operations
- Familiar with shipping Incoterms and good knowledge of export customs procedures
