**What You’ll Do**:

- Record and track MWP approved site plans received and align the site plans to its true geographical coordinates and update the plans in GEMS;
- Digitize and create new substation record in GEMS/NPAC/SAP/NOVA system;
- Liaise with architects and developers for new proposed building development and new road layout site plans to be updated in GEMS.
- Update, QA and posting of Road Centre Line (RDC) in GEMS and ensure that it conforms to the street naming convention and maintaining the street names in NMACS Master Street record
- Ensure accuracy and timely update of the work-in-progress (WIP) information in GEMS
- Liaise with project officers / external contractors or surveyors and ensure accurate and timely submission of the survey drawings
- Perform quality checks on the transmission / distribution surveyed information submitted by contractor / surveyor
- Edit and update of the transmission / distribution surveyed information in GEMS
- Re-align existing gas pipe information in the mapping system due to change in the landbase information or updates
- Manage the Map Realignment Project to edit the gas asset data in GEMS to realign the gas landbase to elect landbase to achieve a common landbase
- Provide production support to end-users, handle user queries and resolve production issues Perform at other duties assigned related to the job scope

**What You’ll Need**:

- Diploma in relevant technical disciplines or equivalent from any of the recognized Polytechnics in Singapore.
- Good technical knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) software, e.g ESRI product range will be an added advantage
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
