**Sales Revenue Manager (Social Commerce)**

The successful incumbent will lead sales and to co-ordinate the Livestream Ops (Sales) Team. He/she keeps up with market trends, analyse data and using the available information to anticipate demand and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly or annual sales revenue and profit margin.
- Develop pricing strategy and trade promotion structure scheme.
- Provide insights on customer shopping trends to devise assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Work closely with procurement, inventory / warehousing teams to ensure smooth process in sales order fulfilment.
- Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by products, customers, offer code performance, stream timeslots & sales activities development.
- Oversee livestream operation team to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Ensure sales report are accurately generated for fulfilment and finance processing.
- Establish guidelines, strategies and KPI for livestream teams and members.
- Set up procedures for live streaming and standardise livestream systems/processes.
- Devise and implement the plans of livestreaming independently.
- Monitor and conduct study on market dynamics, competitors' strategies and analyse users' requirements plus behaviours.
- Plan and implement various online activities to improve user’s retention rate and enhance user’s engagement rate.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing or digital commerce role.
- Sales revenue experience within digital space is a plus.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and social commerce frameworks.
- Strong business acumen in emerging industries or consumer trends.
- Team management experience in entertainment industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset.
- Review and analyse live stream data to design improvement initiatives.
- Manage the calendar of Livestreams to accomplish sales metrics.
- Possess self-start and self-drive mentality.
- Prepare to roll-up his/her sleeve to get things moving.
- Attention to detail including proven ability to manage a team.
- Possess strong leadership qualities to coordinate diverse team.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong customer orientation.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thrive in a matrix environment and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
