Senior / Global Purchasing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute direct material purchases for electronics PCBA commodity timely to ensure materials availability on a global basis to all World Area Manufacturing Sites (WAMs) to meet delivery, inventory and speed objectives.
- Works with suppliers and commodity team to drive Supply Chain Speed improvements through improved lead-times and quick turnarounds in delivery to support World Area Manufacturing sites and company customer service objectives.
- Supports Global Commodity Managers in executing global commodity plans and contracts; product companies in allocations during critical prolonged shortages
- Maintains purchasing parameter integrity (price, lead-time, order policy, etc.) in World Areas Manufacturing Sites business systems (Oracle / JDE etc).
- Maintains and manages ECO / drawing revisions cut over with supplier or execute supplier transitions when needed.
- Participates with various cross functional teams to drive improvement projects, performing data analytics, dashboard development, define and provide business recommendations.
- Performs ad-hoc tasks to support the business needs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration / Supply Chain or Logistics with minimum 3 years of relevant purchasing experience of direct materials in a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of MRP and proficiency with Oracle, JDE and Microsoft Office.
- A team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment to constantly deliver results and manage challenges.
- Strong analytical with keen interest in Data Analytics / SQL, verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-Active and the ability to work independently and multi-tasking to complete assignments timely.
- Able to perform shift duties if required based on business needs.
