**Responsibilities**
- Act as a business partners to internal and external stakeholders, in managing employee life cycle including employee grievances, enquiries, onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and manage accurate HR database and participate in in audits when required
- Liaison with operations team on employee request and enquiries
- Assist and implement new ideas with onboarding and offboarding employee process to ensure positive employee experience
- Preparation of HR documentations which includes but not limited to letter of employment, transfer letters etc
- Carry out day-to-day operations of the HR functions including updating of employee records into HRM System, Insurance system etc
- Preparation of regulatory survey and audits
- Manage, monitor and updates the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) portal per requirements in relations to employee's security license.
- Processing of weekly timsheet for salary payment purpose
- Ensure all work injuries are documented, follow-up and notify to authorities and liaison with insurance for payments
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience across of all aspects of HR functions
- Minimum diploma graduate with specialization in HR preferred
- Able to work pro-actively and independently with guidance, and to be vocal as well
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, preferably with experience working in Facilities, Security or Healthcare industry
- Has extensive experience handling conflict resolution, regulatory compliance and documentation
- Has interest in scalability and HR Technology including data analytics and software
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to deal with external and internal stakeholders
- Adaptable, able to multi-task, can handle high-pressure situations, and is committed to helping to scale successfully while maintaining a positive work culture.
