**Job responbilities and commitment**:
1. Manage and supervise a team members for varies of thermal products (CRAC, CRAH, FWU, AHU & CUSTOMIZED SYSTEMS), lead and overseeing Testing & Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective and Rectification activities.

2. Provide technical support and training to team members, collaborating with Technical Support teams and factory experts to resolve product issues. Lead troubleshooting activities with technical teams, field engineers, and vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution.

3. Lead a Cx team and execute Cx activities in proper progress to meet maincon/client schedules. And capability to identify and resolve problem/issues effectively.

4. Closely work with the Project Team to assign resources for testing and commissioning activities, ensuring smooth project execution. To assist and attend technical meeting to improve project progress.

5. Able to work independantly and to support oversea technical issue (work oversea) if there's require.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years working experiences in data centers / Critical enviroment sectors.
- Minimum 5 years with precision cooling systems, monitoring and software management.
- Good technical knowledge in mechanical, monitoring protocol and software management.
- Good written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Able to support oversea work upon job assignment.
- Self motivation and good time management.
