**Overview**
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will deliver the services provided by NUHS HR Group Shared Services in a consistent and accurate manner. This involves working with various stakeholders in supporting the On-boarding, Employee Lifecycle and Off-boarding related activities for HR Operations team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver the services provided by the NUHS HR Group Shared Services (GSS) in a consistent and accurate manner. Services may include employee lifecycle management, HR data management, benefits and leaves as well as learning and development.
- Ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within NUHS HR Group Shared Services.
- Support the new hire onboarding process which may include pre-employment medical examination follow up, planning of induction activities and coordination with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new hire to NUHS.
- Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
- Provide onsite support in relation to staff onboarding and off boarding.
- Support HR related inquiries from employees or line managers.
- Identify potential area of improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions to meet the delivery gaps.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of work passes
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
- Organized, meticulous and proactive.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
