**About the job**

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Finance department in working closely with management on variance analysis, analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

**What you will be doing**
- Be the lead for 2 financial analysts, proactive in drive and investigate performance with significant variances
- Drive and perform analysis for revenue and cost items as well as profitability for each Business Units
- Review operating expenditure by cost centre and project controlling, assist in analysis of actual vs overall financial targets.
- Participate in business cases, review assumption and profitability calculated for CAPEX submission
- Assists in annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis and collaborative support to the cross functional teams
- Other ad-hoc assignments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Accounting or Finance with at least 5-8 years’ experience in FP&A, Business Analytics is preferred
- Advanced in financial modeling, develop dashboard using BI tools and Tableau to support decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with a good working attitude
- Analytical mind, meticulous, and problem-solving skills
- Resilience with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoints, Excel etc.)
- Experience in Transport & Logistics will be highly advantageous
