**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and implement creative and engaging sports and physical activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Introduce basic sports concepts such as balance, coordination, teamwork, and following instructions in a playful and supportive manner.
- Ensure a safe environment for children by maintaining safety protocols and supervising all activities.
- Encourage children’s physical, social, and emotional development through positive reinforcement and age-appropriate activities.
- Foster teamwork, communication, and positive sportsmanship among young children.
- Adapt sports activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all children.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain equipment and supplies for sports activities.
- Collaborate with other preschool teachers and staff to integrate physical activity into the broader preschool curriculum.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with young children (ages 2-6), preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate sports activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude toward working with young children.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
