Internship - Plant Operations Improvement (Pilot Plant), Singapore (January to June 2026)

**Help us get ahead of disease together with our Plant Operations Improvement (Pilot Plant) Internship, 2026**:
**Education required**: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Engineering discipline with a focus in Chemical Engineering

**Other requirements**: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

**Language requirement**: Written and spoken fluency in English

**Internship period**: January to June 2026

This role sits in our Jurong R&D Pilot Plant.

**What will you do?**
- The student will be involved in routine Operations activities as well as improvement programs
- Office based activities include Risk Assessments, SOPs, Logsheets and Guidance documents etc.
- Improvement programs include Leaning out of Turnaround workflow, expediting materials management activities and upskilling of operational personnel through generation of guidance documents
- Activities will require plant walkdowns to review existing workflow and data analysis to derive the optimum / more feasible solution

**What will you learn?**
- Office based document reviews/generation
- Plant based site survey for scoping and implementation
- Working with shopfloor team on deriving synergistic solutions
- Working on designing activities to improve Safety and Quality Culture
