We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Global Head of Inclusion - Wealth and Personal Banking.**

In this role, you will:

- Be a key member of the Group’s central Inclusion team - working as part of that team to design and implement the Inclusion strategy
- Be responsible for delivering Group strategy in the WPB business, ensuring that the senior leadership meets their commitments
- Establishes strong relationships with HR Business Partners, HR Consultants and Heads of HR to determine how to best achieve an inclusive culture within their areas
- Be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale, complex and global Inclusion projects that address specific opportunities and challenges in WPB, leveraging volunteer talent coordinated into sprints and project teams
- Understand the specific regulatory issues/opportunities which impact WPB and HSBC
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on progress towards HSBC’s Inclusion goals; analyses data; and provides insights and recommendations to leaders
- Engage with business leadership and communications teams to deliver impactful messages of Inclusion

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
- A proven track record of leading inclusion programmes that have tangible impact for the business
- Advanced influencing skills coupled with the ability to challenge and change mindsets
- Extensive HR or relevant business experience within fast-moving, complex and demanding corporate environment where operational diversity and inclusion issues have to be handled on a large scale
- Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity
