Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating innovative technological solutions for AI-based generative art creation in a specific style (Chinese painting) for animation.- AI (machine learning) learning expert for stylized art creation for the moving image (animation in Chinese painting style)

Job Requirements:- Equipped with fully practical mastery of AI-coding and machine learning towards the replication of a specific art style (Chinese painting) for animation (i.e. sequential images instead of static ones).- Preferably a capable coder who is familiar with machine-learning approaches for stylizing images through generative art. An understanding of art is a plus, but the emphasis is clearly on the technological ability. Mere artists without a deep technological qualification or background will not be considered.- High technological capability in AI-related coding is a must, ideally familiarity with current AI-generative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffucion, DALL-E). Knowledge of digital imaging software (Adobe PS) a plus.- Familiar with both “traditional” approaches though machine-learning and current AI-generative art-tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or DALL-E and be able to analyze their weaknesses and strengths.- Capable to create new pipelines for image stylization though innovative text-prompting approaches with the emphasis on stylizing image sequences.- Preferably with experience in the technological aspects of AI-based art generation and stylization in the industry and seek to transfer his knowledge towards a deeper investigation in a world-leading research-intensive university.- Data sourcing and preparation to feed the machine learning will form a part of the job. Therefore, familiarity with digital imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop (main requirement) and/or After Effects will be a plus.- Requires strong coding/computer science knowledge, ideally combined with experience with and innovative ideas for text prompting using available AI-generative tools.
