As part of our Global Operations PMO team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting countries utilizing harmonized global template processes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistent delivery performance and operational efficiency while maintaining effective visibility.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify, support, and develop business cases and opportunities for process improvement.
- Execute process changes, including the development of system change requirements, testing, training, deployment, and migration support.
- Regularly engage with supported countries to address challenges, identify emerging needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering superior services effectively and efficiently.
- Address Global Process Governance requirements and adapt processes across WSA's systems by evaluating various methodologies.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to colleagues from other departments to foster knowledge growth and align processes and system usage throughout the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Service Excellence, or Process or Business Analytics
- 8 years of relevant working experience with 5 years of experience working on cross-border/cross-cultural global projects.
- Proficiency in developing processes within ERP and/or MES systems.
- Knowledge of process re-engineering or optimization initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively (>30-40%) for project engagements.
