To handle Bond claims, and any other classes where assigned.
- To gather and analyse information from all sources before claim settlement.
- To ensure all claims are resolved in fair and reasonable manner.
- To ensure prompt recovery of monies upon payment of claim.
- To appoint solicitors and manage recovery timelines as necessary to ensure prompt recovery of monies.
- May be required to attend to external meetings.
- To manage relationships and expectations of claimants and business associates and if necessary, damage control.
- To review claim files and monitoring of recoveries.
- To conduct Annual Claim Intermediaries Appraisal
- Any other jobs assigned by the Company
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year’s working experience in recovery or legal assistant in a financial institution.
- Minimum Diploma holder and with CGI.
- Understanding of the legal recovery framework preferred.
- Positive working attitude
