**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- a. Establish and maintain a policy compliance framework for Home Team Ops Systems in accordance with the prevailing Government ICT policy circulars. b. Establish and maintain the Sustainability framework which serves to regularly review the ICT systems to ensure that they continue to meet operational requirements and perform efficiently. c. Maintain the System Fitness Assessment framework which review the Home Team Ops Systems in a holistic and systematic manner, to determine they are fit for purpose. d. Maintain and review the Integrated Sustainment Development Plan (ISDP) that encapsulates all Capability Sustainment-related tasks, policies, and checklists incorporated in each of the key phases of the project lifecycle. e. Monitor the progress of the Home Team Sustainment Centre (HTSC) Flagship Programme. f. Track, analyse and report trends/anomalies on systems and networks’ availability. g. Track, analyse and report trends/progress, as well as expenditure of development budget and operating costs of Capability Sustainment projects. h. Track, analyse and report trends/insights on manpower resourcing within Ops Systems Sustainment Centres. i. Compile and formulate the annual Ops Systems Sustainment Centre’s workplan, tracks and reports implementation progress to HTX Senior Management. j. While being forward deployed to the HTDs, to support the system management of the HTD’s Ops systems via the Centralisation and Transformation work streams. This includes understanding the work processes of the HTDs, data collection based on best practices, implementing data analytics through various platforms such as Tableau and extracting insights from the datasets to facilitate management's decision making.
