We are looking for an experienced regional General manager to oversee our business operations in an assigned region. Establish and build regional sales channels and relationships with clients from China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Sri Lanka. To develop our company’s full range of timber products at regional level, to solicit more sales to small/medium sized furniture manufacturers, local distributors, contractors and all the way through to larger contractors and developers. As a regional general manager, your duties also include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

**Regional General Manager Responsibilities**:

- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans
- Identify new digital marketing trends and solicit more sales to small/medium sized furniture manufacturers, local distributors, contractors and all the way through to larger contractors and developers
- Travels frequently respective to spend a certain part visiting major customers and stakeholders
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts
- Planning,evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of sales, operations and finances
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions

**Regional Manager Requirements**:

- B.S degree or MBA from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of close working relationship with professional level client development (sales) or business-to-business marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
