**Requirements**:

- Formulate, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Company's KPI;
- Leverage regional and headquarter resources to meet the business objectives and fiscal commitments;
- Develop business & product strategies to maximize business volume & revenue for the company; responsible for the revenue of the MEA & CIS Region;
- Oversight the operations of whole MEA & CIS Region, including administrative duties related to facilities, accounting, and personnel.
- Work with the Country Managers & Department Heads to establish a sustainable growth strategy for business sales, service & operations metrics ;
- Maintain good rapport and beneficial business relationships with all business partners. Nurture long-term partnership & customer relationships, driving revenue through strategic collaborations, technical engagements and operations excellence;
- Understand current market scenarios and formulate strategic business plans to maximize sales in the APAC region; execute Regional Strategic Planning Process and Strategic Business Approach;
- Ensure field staff’s understanding of sales target, business policy and direction;
- Be responsible for your organization’s analysis, forecast and business intelligence;
- As part of organizational development, plan and develop world-class talent and enhance employee skills across all facets of the company;

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales experience in Automotive / EV Charger industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing a strong sales organization.
- Proven track record of delivering against target plans.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organizational structure with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication/strategy execution.
- Minimum 8 years of working experiences in regional business development, marketing sales and operations functions.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; MBA is a plus
