**Job Scope**:

- Assist with day-to-day processing matters on employment, dependent passes and immigration-related compliance matters.
- Managing personal tax filing matters for Company’s clients.
- Guide clients in document preparation and provide periodic updates.
- Check the accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices.
- Attend to queries raised by authorities, and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
- Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines.
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and business associates.
- Research the latest migration policies from various authorities and provide up-to-date information to internal staff and business partners.

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
