Customer Success Manager

Responsibility:
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, regularly check with management on how the company services benefits the customer
- Deep understanding of customers projections in the year
- Lead the renewal process for customers
- Reduce churn by managing cancellation of orders and services
- Monitoring and reporting on implementation processes
- Implement Initial Service Order / Project Kickoffs
- Responsible for the retention and growth of assigned customer account(s) via Up / Cross sells.
- Arrange customer training
- Launch, lead and take internal and external ownership of service improvement
- Make recommendations of the actions needed to improve customer
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree level or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial roles
- Operational account management or customer success management experience
- Managing complex accounts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sales driven
- Technical skills in Networking and Telecommunication
