Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Brief**

We are searching for a motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director, you will be involved in the planning and executing of marketing activities for assigned projects for internal solutions and clients’ projects. You will fit right in if you have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You should also be adept at working in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable with multi-tasking.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Formulate and manage digital marketing strategies across different platforms, including SEO, SEM, launching and optimising paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook and more for company and clients’ projects
- Measure and report performance of all paid and organic digital marketing efforts using various web metrics and web analytics tools
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar across multiple social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc
- Write, edit and review content copies for diverse marketing distributions (social, website, brochure, presentation deck, press releases etc)
- Conceptualise and brainstorm creative ideas for fresh content
- Conduct market research to understand new trends, audiences and competitors, and keep strategies up to date
Understand clients’ business/brand thoroughly in order to provide sound recommendations in terms of digital marketing solutions
- Collaborate with designers, developers and sales to help clients achieve successful outcomes
**Must haves**:

- 4-5 years of proven hands-on digital marketing experience
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, web analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Search Console & Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc)
- Experience in setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns on Google, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
- Ability to set up conversion pixel and event tracking on websites and across different digital platforms
- Ability to conduct A/B testing, optimise ongoing campaigns, analyse and diagnose problems in live campaigns
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Microsoft Office skills
**Good to have**:

Experience in client and project management
- Experience in leading a small team of designers
- Knowledge in WordPress
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator software
