Zupervisor (Attraction Crew)

**Job scope**
- To operate the designated establishments assigned.
- Attend and supervise the children visiting KidZania.
- Facilitate, guide and conduct Role Play by introducing children to adult-style jobs in KidZania.
- Ensure learning is fun and exciting in KidZania.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Ensure that the SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Participate in all required training sessions relevant to your position at the park, which in this case are Establishment SOP Training, Emergency Response and First Aid Training, KidZania Essence Training.
- Report to your immediate Team Leader regarding status of establishment, maintenance requirements and safety measures.
- Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing tasks of the park.
- Conduct daily cleaning of the establishment and the park.
- Interact with children in different activities and guide them to be a Doctor, Fireman, Pilot, Model, Actor and much more plus offering them an excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- School Grad, Diploma, Bachelor Degree
- Good English Language skill - other language is an asset
- Good communication skills and confidence to talk to children and parents
- Able to deal playfully with young children
- Customer and service oriented
- Presentable and professional

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
