**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop scalable backend systems in Golang to support AI features.
- Design and optimize APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Ensure backend architecture meets reliability and performance standards.
- Work with distributed systems and large-scale data flows.
- Integrate with product and AI teams to support fast-paced iterations.
- Uphold code quality and conduct regular code reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years' experience with Golang.
- Familiar with microservices architecture, gRPC, Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of relational/non-relational databases and caching solutions (e.g., Redis, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Curious, driven, and comfortable with rapid change.

**Preferred**:

- Background in AI or SaaS infrastructure.
- Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- CI/CD knowledge (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
