**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with distributed systems design.
- Experience with proposing solutions for software engineering problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and build scalable backend services for critical user journeys.
- Design and build a smooth client experience.
- Integrate with storage solutions for scale and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., product, user experience, legal, policy) to enable a positive experience for users.
